Barbera d’Asti Docg “Il Boschetto” Superiore

Il "Boschetto" Superiore
True red from the Asti Area, obtained from a scrupolous selection of grapes exclusively from the “Boschetto” vineyard .
A brilliant ruby colour with hints of violet, and almost “grainy” when mature; an excellently structured aroma. The taste is that of a generous and important wine, while maintaining an elegant and soft taste. A wine that keeps for a long time, it is stored in oak casks for 12 months, then for a further 6 months after bottling.
Excellent wine for meditation!

Il Boschetto
The vineyard named “del buschet” for its particular positioning gives origin to a ruby coloured wine which is almost “grainy” after maturing , with egriot aromas together with other mature fruits; a dry, savour and rounded taste that distinguishes itself from the others. It is an important wine for special occasions.

Serving temperature
18°/22° C , To be poured into a wine jug preferrably one hour before consumption, and drunk from wide bodied glasses.

To accompany
Excellent with spicy and strong tasting meats, truffles, game and roasts.

Vino rosso L’Allegro “sparkling” 

L'allegro
This is the red wine that we decided to give a “sparkling” aspect to. A ruby colour, more or less intense with a dry taste, of medium strength.




Grignolino d’Asti Doc

Grignolino
Highly appreciated wine from Moncalvo. A soft ruby colour with a persistant but delicate taste with an underlying hint of wild flowers. Dry with a bitterish after taste..

Meals from beginning to end, but excellent with grilled meat, roasts, poultry and mature cheeses.

Extremely delicate wine ideal for complete meals, especially starters of Piedmont, broths and full bodied stock. Excellent with poultry too.



White wine “ Isotta” Chardonnay 

IsottaThis white wine is best drunk young.
The main grapes used is Chardonnay. Light, straw coloured, with occasional greenish flecks, delicate tasting with a hint of fruity bouquet.



Must partially fermented “Ambra”

AmbraSweet wine golden in colour with the fragrant aroma typical of moscatos.
Aromatic and appealing.

Spumante Brut "PrimaLuce"

PrimaLuce is a Brut sparkling wine with a simple and gentle character, obtained from Chardonnay grapes by refermentation with selected yeasts in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation and second fermentation are carried out in autoclave with the Charmat or Martinotti method. And immediate, simple and pleasant, of excellent balance. It exudes aromas of wild flowers and white fruit and has a harmonious taste. lively and very fresh.
