Barbera d’Asti Docg “Il Boschetto” Superiore

True red from the Asti Area, obtained from a scrupolous selection of grapes exclusively from the “Boschetto” vineyard .
A brilliant ruby colour with hints of violet, and almost “grainy” when mature; an excellently structured aroma. The taste is that of a generous and important wine, while maintaining an elegant and soft taste. A wine that keeps for a long time, it is stored in oak casks for 12 months, then for a further 6 months after bottling.
Excellent wine for meditation!

14,5 % vol.

Tasting temperature
18°/22° C ,  To be poured into a wine jug preferrably one hour before consumption, and drunk from wide bodied glasses.

To accompany
Excellent with spicy and strong tasting meats, truffles, game and roasts.
“Il Boschetto” Superiore
Barbera d’Asti Docg “Il Boschetto”

The vineyard named “del buschet” for its particular positioning gives origin to a ruby coloured wine which is almost “grainy” after maturing , with egriot aromas together with other mature fruits; a dry, savour and rounded taste that distinguishes itself from the others. It is an important wine for special occasions.

To accompany
Excellent with red meat and poultry. Also typical medium mature cheeses of the Asti region.
“Il Boschetto”
Vino rosso L’Allegro “sparkling”

This is the red wine that we decided to give a “sparkling” aspect to. A ruby colour, more or less intense with a dry taste, of medium strength.

Meals from beginning to end, but excellent with grilled meat, roasts, poultry and mature cheeses.

Grignolino d’Asti Doc

Highly appreciated wine from Moncalvo. A soft ruby colour with a persistant but delicate taste with an underlying hint of wild flowers. Dry with a bitterish after taste..

To accompany
Extremely delicate wine ideal for complete meals, especially starters of Piedmont, broths and full bodied stock. Excellent with poultry too.
Grignolino d’Asti Doc
White wine “ Isotta” Chardonnay

This white wine is best drunk young.
The main grapes used is Chardonnay. Light, straw coloured, with occasional greenish flecks, delicate tasting with a hint of fruity bouquet.

Appetizers, mixed starters such as fish and mild cheeses.
Isotta
Trubbe

Trubbe, rosé wine obtained from red berried grapes, 100% Pinot noir.
The pressing and maceration of the must takes place in contact with the skins, which give tannins, aromas, polyphenols and the characteristic red colour. The contact with the skins, however, lasts much less than what happens for red wines, which is why the final color is rosé.
Fruity and floral bouquet, fresh and balanced on the palate. It is a versatile wine that goes well with many foods.

To Accompany
Excellent with fish, risottos, white meats and vegetables.
Trubbe
Must partially fermented “Ambra”


Sweet wine golden in colour with the fragrant aroma typical of moscatos.

Excellent with puddings and desserts of every type. Also a great toasting wine; ideal even for afternoon celebrations ( not too strong! ) and with fruit.
“Ambra”
"PrimaLuce" Spumante Brut Metodo Martinotti

Primaluce is a Brut sparkling wine, obtained from Chardonnay grapes through refermentation with selected yeasts in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The second fermentation is done in an autoclave with the Charmat method.
It is a simple and pleasant wine. It gives off aromas of wild flowers and white fruit. Excellent as an aperitif and wine throughout the meal.

Primaluce Classic Method

After more than 30 months of maturation on the lees, Primaluce is born, our classic pas Dosè method or Champenoise method. It is a production of wine, which consists in inducing the refermentation of the wine in the bottle through the introduction of sugars and a selection of yeasts. With this method we obtain a wine with a very fine and persistent perlage, with delicate aromas and a fresh. It is obtained from Chardonnay grapes.

"Prima Luce" Metodo Classico
Primaluce Classic Method Rosè

After more than 30 months of maturation on the yeasts, Primaluce Rose' is born, our classic pas Dosè method or Champenoise method. It is a trendy wine.
The maceration time determines the intensity of the colour, and is very short compared to what happens for red wines, which is why the final color is rosé.
It is a production of wine, which consists in inducing the refermentation of the wine in the bottle through the introduction of sugars and a selection of yeasts. With this method we obtain a wine with a very fine and persistent perlage, with delicate aromas and a fresh. It is obtained from Pinot noir grapes.
